Excited for Wild East Women Workshop

I am hosting an Introduction to Trail Maintenance workshop in partnership with Appalachian Trail Conservancy’s Wild East Women and Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (PATC) on the Appalachian Trail Linden, VA. ATC is a joy to work with and it will be a beautiful autumn day to share sustainable trail stewardship skills with a group of fantastic particupants. This workshop teaches basic skills commonly used to maintain the trail throughout the year such as learning best practices for safety, understanding various tools, how water diversion features work and how to maintain them, vegetation management and blazing.
